What you'll do:
* Lead new customer acquisition through targeted prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
* Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver sales strategies and hit ambitious growth targets
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to spot new opportunities
* Represent Terra Nova at international meetings, trade events, and exhibitions
* Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in B2B environments
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Confident self-starter with a results-driven mindset
* Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
* Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel internationally when required
