We are expanding rapidly across the UK and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive growth in the battery storage and renewable energy sector.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering commercial success across the commercial and industrial (C&I) market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a clear business development strategy focused on energy storage and renewable projects.
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the C&I space.
* Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to ensure long-term success.
* Work collaboratively with technical and project teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
* Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract close.
* Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and regulatory developments within the energy sector.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
About You
* Proven background in business development, sales, or partnerships within the renewable energy, battery storage, or solar sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience in the C&I market is highly desirable.
