Job Description
3. Advising on ICT procurement, outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, and e-commerce contracts
4. Managing data protection compliance, data sharing, transfers, and information security
5. Handling IP protection, licensing, brand and trade mark matters
6. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts
7. Supporting business development and delivering client training
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Solicitor should have:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE, confident managing their own caseload
9. Skilled in commercial contracts, data protection, IP, and technology law
10. Excellent communicator with clear, jargon-free advice
11. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
12. Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
