You'll work on a diverse and high-quality caseload, advising clients on a full range of private client matters whilst having the autonomy to develop your own practice and client relationships. The Role As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will: Manage your own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Tax Planning Bring and develop your own following of clients to support the firm's lateral expansion strategy Provide expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees on complex private client matters Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client care and service Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development Contribute to business development activities including networking, client seminars, and marketing initiatives Work collaboratively with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions About You Essential Requirements: 4 years PQE in Private Client law within a UK legal practice Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate Proven track record of managing a varied Private Client caseload independently Existing client following that can be transferred to support practice growth Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning Excellent client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Business development mindset with demonstrable experience in growing a client base Strong communication skills, both written and verbal STEP qualification (desirable but not essential) What's On Offer Our client recognises that attracting top talent requires an attractive package.
