Part-Time Receptionist role waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Public Sector Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Receptionist
Location: Bradford
Salary: per annum (Pro Rata'd)
Length: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
1. Answering all telephone calls professionally and clearly, transferring to appropriate tenants, ensuring timely forwarding of message
2. Welcoming visitors and ensuring that they sign in, directing visitors to appropriate rooms annd notifying tenants
3. Dealing with enquiries and booking meeting rooms
4. Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms, co-ordination room booking diary for internal and external clients
5. Ordering of stationery and general office supplies within budgets and handling deliveries
6. Using Ms Office software, undertaking administrative and secretarial support for tenants
7. Effectively liaising with colleague, tenants, visitors and contractors
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role,and be available at short notice.
