Retail Assistant - Part Time, 16 hours
We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Blackwood, Caerphilly. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 16 hours worked over 4 days each week, including weekends, starting early in the morning.

Pay & benefits
The amount you earn depends on your age:
* Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
* Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities
* Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting
* Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly tills service
* Assist with packing and leaving a positive impression
* Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, and stock shelves/freezers
* Support team to keep shop safe, clean and tidy through daily/weekly routines
You will need
* A friendly, positive, hardworking approach
* Enjoy being busy and able to switch between tasks (deliveries, tills, customer service, cleaning, stock rotation)
* Reliability as part of a small team
* Flexibility with shifts; rosters are planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside of work are considered
