Your Tasks
* Omnichannel Business Development: Develop and support initiatives to increase sales through online channels. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the performance of omnichannel sales teams.
* Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects supporting digital sales platforms, processes, and tools. Collaborate with Sales & Finance to develop new initiatives aligned with business needs.
* Stakeholder Management: Provide dynamic project management and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear communication and escalation when necessary.
* Strategy Development: Support the design and planning of new sales models from short to long-term perspectives, working with client project managers. Manage relationships with third-party development agencies.
* Coordination and Alignment: Regularly engage with key Marketing, Sales, and Financial Services stakeholders to discuss performance, initiatives, and support topics. Attend meetings with development agencies to confirm and prioritize requirements.
This role is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 days per week in the Farnborough office.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in business development, particularly in B2B and B2C sales within the consumer industry, project management, and coordination.
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
* Language skills: English (native level, C2).
* Valid driving license required.
