Role Overview: As the Electrician, you will be responsible for completing reactive repairs and a range of electrical works across commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing. You will work within a designated patch, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and delivering high-quality work to clients and tenants. The Electrician will be: Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing. Completing electrical works including repairs, upgrades, and remedials in tenanted properties. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with 18th Edition regulations. Using a PDA or paperwork to record findings and complete certificates accurately.
