Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our client’s London Building Services team and play a pivotal role in classified building projects within the Defence sector, as well as selected commercial and mission critical projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead electrical design across Defence, Mission Critical, and commercial projects
* Collaborate with PMs, Architects, QSs, Structural Engineers, and specialists
* Deliver innovative, sustainable, technically excellent solutions to exacting Defence standards
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record as an Electrical Design Engineer in building services, ideally within consultancy or a design-focused contractor role.
* Strong experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion.
* Excellent technical, organisational, and communication skills.
* Active Security Clearance or full eligibility to obtain it.
Desirable
* Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on secure or classified projects
* A consultancy background, or contractor experience in a design-oriented role
* A strong interest in sustainable, innovative design solutions
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in both office and site-based environments
