Sanderson King are partnering with a confidential client within the professional services / investments space to appoint a Marketing Director to lead and scale marketing across their South East Asia investments division.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused leadership role, sitting close to the investment strategy and responsible for driving investor demand, market expansion, and portfolio value creation across the region.
The Opportunity
You will own and execute a multi-market marketing strategy targeting international investors, with a particular focus on high-value assets and growth markets across SE Asia. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and directly contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a data-led, international marketing strategy aligned to investment and commercial objectives
* Drive investor acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels
* Lead the development of integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, and offline channels
* Build and scale a high-performing marketing team, embedding a performance-driven culture
* Partner with senior leadership to support market entry and expansion across SE Asia
* Own marketing performance, attribution, and ROI, with clear reporting into revenue outcomes
* Develop strategic partnerships to enhance distribution, visibility, and deal flow
Ideal Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
* Proven experience in marketing high-value assets (e.g. real estate, investments, financial services, or adjacent sectors)
* A strong track record of driving revenue growth through marketing in international or multi-market environments
* Experience targeting investor audiences (HNWIs, international buyers, or institutional stakeholders)
* Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation
* Experience building and leading scalable, high-performing teams
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes
* Exposure to, or interest in, South East Asia markets would be highly advantageous
