Your new role Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Manage and supervise a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process. Identify and communicate audit findings, offering practical recommendations to enhance financial controls, operational efficiency, and risk management for our clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service. Stay up to date with industry developments, auditing standards, and emerging trends to enhance audit methodologies and provide value-added insights to clients. What you'll need to succeed Qualified or working towards qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA). Previous experience in audit within a reputable accounting firm. In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and relevant legislation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
