The Opportunity We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join a busy and friendly operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. You'll be supporting essential office functions during a busy period, gaining hands-on admin experience while working in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team. What you'll be doing Liaising with Lenders and Solicitors over the phone, providing excellent service and keeping clients updated. Respond to emails promptly and professionally, solving queries where you can. General admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and supporting colleagues where needed. Work as part of a team that values open communication and helping each other succeed. What we're looking for Some admin or customer service experience (office or retail background welcome). A positive, can-do attitude with good communication skills. Organised and detail-focused, able to manage tasks without losing track. Dependable and flexible, comfortable with changing priorities. Able to use initiative and common sense when solving problems. Financial services experience would be ideal but not essential for the right applicant. Why join this role?
