Closing Date: 30/03/2026 We’re looking for an organised, detail‑focused coordinator to support the smooth running of the ECITB’s Assessment Management System. You’ll handle exam data, respond to customer queries, and help maintain a compliant, high‑quality Awarding Organisation. You’ll also support the recruitment and coordination of our external Assessment Associates, ensuring assessment materials are accurate, secure, and up to standard. Key focus areas: Day‑to‑day system support and data accuracy Managing and quality‑checking question banks Supporting SOPs and compliance processes Coordinating and supporting Assessment Associates Handling customer queries and AO admin Contributing to quality assurance, data reporting, and digital improvements (including AI) This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operational detail, system processes, and helping deliver reliable, high‑quality assessments. Experience of using bespoke computer systems. Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively resolve user queries. Experience of training, competence systems and processes. Ability of working to tight deadlines and delivering results. Capable of interpreting and complying with regulatory and organisational requirements. IT literacy is essential. Good IT operating skills encompassing databases, the internet, spreadsheets, and word processing applications. Proficient at Microsoft office software, with an understanding of AI technologies Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Organisation skills and the ability to work on several tasks in any given week. Desirable Previous experience of administering exam systems for an AO or similar organisation.
