Lead and manage project teams, including engineers and subcontractors. Implement project execution procedures and ensure adherence to best practices. Plan and schedule manpower and equipment, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget. Conduct regular safety and quality audits while monitoring health & safety compliance for engineers and subcontractors. Optimize work allocation to enhance team productivity and forecast accuracy. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, method statements, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and toolbox talks. Manage budgets and provide reports and schedules as required by the Contracts Manager. Key Skills & Attributes Previous experience as a mechanical or electrical Project Manager. Background in commercial installation. Strong team management skills. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Customer-facing experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects within electrical, M&E, fire, security, or similar industries. Knowledge of relevant legislation. Full UK driver's license required.
