Benslow Care Home Group is a small group of Residential and Nursing homes in the Hertfordshire area. As we grow, this role will grow with us as we may also move into the Buckinghamshire area. The Fabric Maintenance Engineer role is integral to the smooth running of our Benslow Care Homes. The role is a general maintenance engineer role, working as part of a team, completing checks and works as required. This role is for 3 - 5 days x 8 hours Monday to Friday with emergency on call allowance outside of standard hours. Predominantly based at our Robin Hood Care home - Little Gaddesden, though works may be required across the group. Currently, our other care homes are in Hitchin, Herts. And a lot more What does this Fabric Maintenance Engineer job involve? * The general maintenance of the grounds, gardens and buildings of the homes. * You will assist in creating and maintaining an environment that is tidy, beneficial and safe for those individuals staying at the home, our other staff teams working within the homes and our visitors. * You will work to a rolling redecoration and maintenance planner as assigned by your line manager, the Central Maintenance Manager.
