Pay: £90 to £100 per day, weekly PAYE pay

We’re supporting several local schools who need compassionate, steady and proactive Learning Support Assistants to help pupils with their learning, confidence and everyday classroom challenges. Every day is different, and every win, big or small, really matters.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting pupils who need an extra boost
2. Helping them access lessons, stay focused and build confidence
3. Working 1:1 or in small groups, depending on need
4. Adapting activities and breaking down tasks
5. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
6. Creating a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere
What we’re looking for
You don’t need school experience, but you do need:
7. Patience, empathy and a calm approach
8. Confidence working with young people
9. The ability to build trust quickly
10. A flexible, can-do attitude
11. Experience in youth work, care, SEND or education is a big bonus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
