Are you buzzing with enthusiasm and eager to start an exciting new career in the NHS?
Do you have a passion for learning and the motivation to succeed?
If yes, then we have the ideal opportunity for you. We have Apprenticeship vacancies in various Administration departments within the hospital, and we are looking to recruit high-quality individuals to join our Apprenticeship Programme.
You must have at least 4 GCSEs at grades 4 and above, which must include English and Maths. You must not already hold a Level 2 or higher qualification in the same subject area.
You will be employed on a 15-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours a week, with time allocated for formal study. A high percentage of our Apprentices are recruited into permanent roles within the Trust during or after their Apprenticeship.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for young people who are reliable, caring, and enthusiastic to learn. If you are highly motivated, want to work with people, and join our team, then please apply.
This programme provides you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress into employment.
From day one, you need to impress your colleagues and demonstrate your potential as a future NHS employee to increase your chances of securing employment upon completing your Apprenticeship, hopefully with Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
A commitment to undertaking your apprenticeship and working in the NHS is vital. As an employer, we offer many opportunities. What we need from our applicants is a CARING, COMPASSIONATE NATURE, RELIABILITY, ENTHUSIASM, the right ATTITUDE, and a WILLINGNESS TO LEARN. If you possess these qualities, we look forward to hearing from you.
As an apprentice, you will be employed on a fixed-term contract within a department at Barnsley Hospital and will spend up to one day each week working towards your qualification.
