Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in care facilities.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Monitor and report on the health and wellbeing of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Facilitate social activities and encourage engagement to promote mental wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
Experience
* Previous experience in care roles such as senior care, mental health, and assisted living is highly desirable.
* Ongoing training will be provided.
* A background in nursing or relevant healthcare qualifications will be advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to provide patient care with compassion and respect for clients' dignity And work in a person centered approach.
* Familiarity with first aid practices is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
