JOB PURPOSE We are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global HR team for a one year maternity cover. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be critical in supporting the successful hiring requirements of the business predominantly across our global sales function. You will sit in the wider Talent Acquisition function with colleagues in both Bangalore and Croydon. The Talent Acquisition Manager will support with all recruiting activity from advertising vacancies, screening candidates, sourcing and pipelining candidates using linkedin, managing agencies and interview arranging, and supporting onboarding activities. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AT JANES Partner with sales and commercial leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from crafting compelling job adverts to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and creative outreach strategies. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and ensure alignment with hiring goals. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with HR to support smooth onboarding of new hires. Contribute to continuous improvement projects across Talent Acquisition and HR. Provide market insights and data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning. THE IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE Significant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a strong focus on Sales hiring —ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Deep understanding of the sales recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across roles such as Sales, Partnerships, and Pre-Sales. Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach. Demonstrated ability to assess sales competencies (e.g., quota attainment, negotiation, closing skills, and industry fit). Familiarity with sales team structures (e.g., hunter/farmer models) and compensation frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
