Role: Product Delivery Operations Associate


Position overview

At EPI-USE Labs, we help clients transform their SAP landscape and solve business challenges. Our software, value-added solutions and managed services create more powerful and secure SAP and SAP SuccessFactors systems, saving our clients time and resources.

This position is critical to the creation and enhancement of processes for the Global Product Delivery (GPD) Operations team, which facilitates the strategic and operational implementation of standardized delivery of solutions and services worldwide.

Your goals in this role will be to:

* Identify and remove barriers in the Sales process by ensuring pricing and delivery models are well understood and internally supported by internal systems and processes
* Assist with identifying and assigning pre-sales support resources to enable effective scoping, design, pricing and responses to RFPs
* Provide inputs on the standardisation of product delivery across regions
* Manage, maintain and enhance delivery documentation and collateral
* Liaise with various stakeholders to action process improvements
* Track development plan objectives and appropriately assign engagements to teams that provide opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities

* Assign pre-sales consultants to sales leads/client calls
* Select the appropriate team to implement product deliveries, ensuring that skills/attributes are balanced with opportunities for growth and development
* Develop and track personal development plans for team members and ensure everyone gets opportunities to meet their own goals
* Liaise with team leaders on the day-to-day status of projects to ensure the appropriate processes, documentation and collateral are available to delivery consultants
* Fulfill general HR activities, with specific rules when the team leader should be involved – e.g. a short notice leave request
* Proactively assess internal processes, procedures and technology platforms for improvement and/or automation opportunities.


Experience and skills required

PD-Ops Associates need to be self-sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing people, who enjoy working with a diverse set of businesses and people. This role has enormous potential for growth as EPI-USE Labs requires excellent people in multiple global service lines.

For this specific role, it is mandatory to meet these requirements:

* At least two years of experience in IT industry
* Team player and capacity to collaborate with internal and external partners
* Fluent English language speaking and writing skills
* Fluent language skills for the market in which you will work
* Motivated to deliver a high standard of work
* Proven dedication to growth and development of skills
* Ability to identify issues and connect with internal business partners
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.


The following would be an advantage

* Additional languages to a fluent standard
* Experience implementing and using EPI-USE Labs software
* Some experience within the SAP industry and understanding of ERP applications
* Experience in dealing with multiple/global business functions.


Position

* Based at the EPI-USE Labs office in Manchester (hybrid)
* The role may include minimal travel.
