We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Lead to take full ownership of the engineering function at a well established site in Derby. This is a standalone role where you’ll have the freedom and trust to run things properly, without layers of management getting in the way. You’ll be the go to person for engineering on site. The person who keeps things running, plans maintenance the right way, and calls in specialist contractors when needed. You’ll have the autonomy to improve systems, manage the PPM schedule, and put your own stamp on how engineering is run. Most importantly, this is a role that offers genuine work life balance.
