Job Description
3. Process customer and supplier invoices, expenses, and payments.
4. Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and online payment platforms.
5. Assist with credit control, purchase orders, and grant claims.
6. Support membership income and gift aid processes.
7. Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to system improvements.
8. Provide general administrative support and manage workload to meet deadlines
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
9. A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
10. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
11. A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Strong analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving.
14. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
15. A professional qualification in accounting or finance would be advantageous.
