We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Head of Geography to lead and develop a successful Geography department within a thriving secondary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum leadership, raising standards of achievement, and inspiring students through high-quality teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Geography department, ensuring high-quality provision across all key stages
* Develop and implement an engaging and ambitious Geography curriculum
* Monitor and evaluate student progress to drive excellent outcomes
* Support and develop colleagues within the department
* Contribute to whole-school improvement and enrichment opportunities

* A qualified teacher of Geography with strong subject knowledge
* Proven or emerging leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
