Casualty Adjuster North West (Home / Field Based)
Were looking for an experienced Casualty Adjuster to join a well-established, high-quality claims management business as part of their growing Casualty Division.
Youll handle a mix of fast track and multi-track liability claims including Employers, Public, Products, TPPD, and CAR. This is a home-based role with regular field visits across the North West.
What youll be doing
* Managing a caseload of around 80 files efficiently and proactively
* Conducting thorough site investigations and preparing clear, detailed reports
* Handling claims from cradle to grave, or on an investigation and report-only basis
* Liaising with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and experts
* Assessing liability, controlling indemnity spend, and negotiating settlements
* Providing sound technical advice and ensuring service standards are met
* Supporting business development and maintaining strong relationships
What were looking for
* Minimum 5 years experience in loss adjusting or claims handling within casualty
* Cert CII and/or Cert CILA preferred
* Strong understanding of Commercial Combined Liability and CAR policies
* Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
* Professional approach with a can-do attitude
* Full, clean UK driving licence
