Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining continuity and supporting student learning during teacher absences, and your contribution will be highly valued. About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged, safe, and on task. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils as needed.
