We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our change and transformation team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the organisation. This role combines hands‑on project delivery with high-quality business analysis. You will work across multiple initiatives, adapting your approach to suit Waterfall and Agile environments, while ensuring change is delivered in line with our Change Framework.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects or workstreams end-to-end, from initiation to handover.
* Build and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts across multiple initiatives.
* Elicit, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Apply the most appropriate delivery approach (Agile or Waterfall) based on the needs of each piece of work.
* Support testing, UAT and implementation, including documentation and training materials.
* Analyse processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, escalating where required.
* Produce clear, accurate status updates for Senior Project Managers and stakeholders.
* Support cost tracking, forecasting and benefits delivery where needed.
* Support prioritisation and agreement of requirements, keeping desired outcomes and benefits in focus.
* Produce current‑state and future‑state process models.
* Translate business requirements into functional delivery artefacts working with technology and operational teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in a project delivery or hybrid project management/business analyst role within a change or transformation environment.
* Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles and business analysis techniques.
* Practical experience of working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
* Strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
