* Prioritising your own caseload and keeping all parties updated
* Completing early-stage liability checks and investigations
* Liaising with insurers, suppliers, and accident management companies
* Providing an excellent service to customers and partners
* Spotting and reporting any potential fraud
* Working closely with colleagues to keep claims moving smoothly
