Construction and Engineeering Solicitor is required to join a large utilities company based South of London.
This role would be well suited to someone from the public sector/ in-house or private practice that has some construction and engineering contracts experience that wants to get involved with some of the largest infrastructure projects happening in the UK currently.
As the Construction and Engineering Solicitor, you will be;
* Advising the company on the legal ramifications and structuring of various engineering and construction arrangements
* Undertaking commercial work on diverse commercial projects, transactions and contracts involving engineering and/or construction issues;
* Focussing on non-contentious engineering and construction matters relating to infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects;
* Drafting, negotiating and settling of various forms of construction and engineering industry contractual documentation – particularly the NEC4 suite of contracts;
