Their Corporate Tax team is expanding, and they’re now looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio, provide advisory support, and lead on complex tax matters.

Role Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance work is completed
* Advising on a wide range of tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and corporation tax
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development through coaching and mentoring
* Identifying tax planning opportunities and working with partners to deliver tailored advice
* Dealing with HMRC correspondence and representing clients during enquiries and investigations
* Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm’s tax services

Candidate Requirements
* Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients and ensuring timely and accurate submission of returns and computations
* Providing expert advice to clients on corporation tax matters, planning opportunities, and liabilities
* Leading client communications, including handling tax queries and building long-term relationships
* Supporting partners and directors in delivering bespoke tax planning strategies
* Managing WIP and billing, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and profitably
* Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development
* Representing the firm at client meetings and in discussions with HMRC
