CAMHS Band 6 CPN Nurse Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £26.78 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 CAMHS CPN Nurse (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to join a dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team based in Weston-Super-Mare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Nurse with CAMHS experience to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities of the CAMHS Nurse :
Provide comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to support young people with complex mental health needs.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, schools, social care, and families to ensure the best outcomes.
Manage a caseload of young people, providing care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the CAMHS service.
Requirements of the CAMHS Nurse:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
Current NMC registration.
Proven experience working within CAMHS or with children and young peoples mental health.
Strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills.
