About the roleThe building control service is a shared service providing building control services to residents of Gloucester City and Stroud District. You will provide administrative support with a strong customer focus including the creation of building control cases, data entry and booking site inspections. The role also includes providing general business support including maintenance of records, complaints, FOI requests and customer survey responses. About youThe postholder will be highly motivated and committed to support the delivery of the service by accurately recording data using multiple systems. Along with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to demonstrate a professional and courteous manner with colleagues and customers and to effectively manage your own time and workloads within deadlines is important.
