Group Chief People Officer
Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is part of the Humber Health Partnership, one of the largest Acute and Community Partnership arrangements in the NHS, managing a budget of over £1.3 billion and employing almost 20,000 staff.
The Group Chief People Officer will sit on the Board and lead the development of a people agenda that supports an engaged, skilled and supported workforce, drives cultural transformation and strengthens organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape workforce strategy and people agenda in line with the Trust and Partnership objectives.
* Lead cultural transformation initiatives, embedding compassionate and inclusive leadership at all levels.
* Drive organisational capability, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
* Communicate and influence across the organisation, building trusted relationships with staff and external stakeholders.
* Provide strategic guidance to the Board on people related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
* Significant experience as a strategic people leader operating at Board level in a large, complex organisation.
* Strong track record of improving culture and delivering tangible results.
* Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Desirable experience within the NHS or wider public sector.
