Your role & responsibilities: * Support Individual Learning: Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals. * Implement EHCPs and Support Plans: Assist in delivering strategies and interventions outlined in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) or individual support plans. * Promote Inclusion and Engagement: Encourage pupil participation in class activities, fostering social interaction, independence, and confidence within a mainstream setting. * Collaborate with Staff and Professionals: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to monitor progress, share observations, and adapt support as needed.
