About the Role
We're looking for a cheerful, warm-hearted Santa Claus to bring festive magic this holiday season! You'll be the star of our Christmas grotto, creating unforgettable memories for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome children and families with a big smile and festive spirit.
* Listen to children's Christmas wishes and spread joy.
* Pose for photos and create a magical experience.
* Work closely with elves and the events team to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For
* A jolly personality with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to engage with children and families in a friendly, patient manner.
* Comfortable wearing a Santa suit and maintaining the festive character.
* Previous experience in customer service or performance is a plus (but not essential).

Requirements
* Must be available for Weekend Shifts during December
* Enhanced DBS check required (we'll assist with this).
* Reliability and punctuality are essential.
