Day to Day Duties Working as a Sales Administrator for our client your duties will be: Using our in-house pricing system to compile accurate prices for both telephone and written price requests Dealing with other customer queries on the phone including order queries and general advice Liasising with factory staff to ascertain lead time, stock levels etc. This role may expand into a technical sales role for the right candidate Other office duties will be required Essential Skills As a Sales Administrator it is essential that you have: No experience required as full training will be given Good computer skills (Microsoft office especially) Strong communication with colleagues and customers Basic maths skills Must be able to work as part of a team Knowledge of ‘Opera' would be beneficial but not essential Positive attitude to cope with workload in a busy office Willing to learn Desirable Skills Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute.
