A popular Leeds regional firm with an excellent national client base is looking for an experiencedmercial property solicitor to join their development team. You’ll work closely with a senior partner on high‑quality residential,mercial and mixed‑use development matters for key clients.
About You:
1. 3–6 years’ PQE inmercial property
2. Strong experience in development work
3. Confident handling high‑value transactions
4. Knowledge of planning/statutory agreements is advantageous
5. Willing to build a professional network through events and relationship‑building
