We’re working with a leading international bank seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in London. You’ll be based at their Technology Bar, providing 2nd Line support across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on role covering both desk-side and remote support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and meeting room tech (non-trading).
Key responsibilities:
* 2nd line support across Windows, Citrix, MS Office, SCCM, and video conferencing
* Support via walk-ups, email, and phone
* Daily checks and maintenance of laptops, printers, and meeting rooms
* Admin and configuration of desktop infrastructure (Lenovo, Dell, HP)
* Incident management through the ticketing system
* Liaise with 3rd line support and external vendors
* Participate in IT projects and infrastructure rollouts
What you’ll need:
* Strong desktop support background in a corporate environment
* Experience with SCCM, Windows OS, printers, mobile devices
* Confidence in supporting video conferencing and conference room tech
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, service-driven approach
