We are working with an incredible School in West Cornwall, seeking to appoint an exceptional Post-14 SEN Teacher to join their Upper School team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and skilled in inspiring and supporting learners with diverse needs.
The role involves responsibility for a class group, planning and delivering the relevant post-14 curriculum, leading teams, and deploying teaching assistants to support pupils' learning, therapy, and care needs. The ideal candidate should be able to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to students' diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications are required; however, experience in a similar role is also desirable. The candidate should have a desire to support the learning and educational development of children and possess a commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
