Overview
Our client operates a flexible resource pool across their General Insurance portfolio, and therefore you could be involved in driving the following types of large-scale transformation activity:
* Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
* M&A and technology integration
* Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation and data
* Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology
The position holder will have the ability to monitor and report on project progress and adherence to project plans, manage changes to the project scope, schedule and project costs using appropriate governance, whilst ensuring accurate project documentation control.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
* Experience leading complex technology and business change with annual budgets up to £5mn. We’ll ask you some questions on the application form to gauge this.
* Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
* Broad experience/knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE. Partnered ideally with experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation and Digital and Data solutions.
* Identifying and handling a broad spectrum of stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
* Experience working with third-party suppliers, including delivery management.
