What you’ll do
* Have the skill and confidence to undertake electrical installation and repair works on domestic heating systems, domestic air conditioning units, domestic electric vehicle charging points, domestic air source heat pumps, and domestic PV installations assigned to them through our BOXT App.
* Recognise and rectify any abnormal electrical problems or issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers.
* Deliver customer service excellence.
* Ensure that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances.
Who you are
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ electrical experience as well as having excellent fault-finding skills.
* Have 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations.
* Have an NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent.
* Have a qualification & experience in domestic electric vehicle charging.
* Have a qualification & experience in domestic solar PV & battery storage.
* Have experience in wiring domestic air source heat pumps.
* Have experience in wiring domestic air conditioning units.
* Be able to work on their own and as part of a team.
* Hold a clean driver licence.
* Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
* Possess basic computer knowledge.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Be prepared to learn new skills.
* Hold a clean DBS.
