Job Description
These are permanent part-time positions offering 8, 12, 16, & 30 hours per week. They are based in the H&M Birmingham New Street store.
Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, your main responsibility is to prioritize our customers and create an exceptional shopping experience. You will work with a team to contribute to sales and profit, sharing product and fashion knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and deliver excellent customer service to meet sales goals.
2. Provide and receive honest feedback to support personal and team development.
3. Follow health and safety routines to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
Qualifications:
We value personality and a passion for people and fashion over formal experience or qualifications for our Sales Advisor roles.
Additional Information:
Availability required 2-5 days, including weekends. Sponsorship is not available for this position under the skilled worker route.
