The Role
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, ideally dual-qualified in English and Scottish Law with a strong background in property law, to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a forward-thinking renewable energy company at a pivotal stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing titles and property documentation
* Drafting, negotiating, and completing legal agreements
* Advising the wider team on legal and contractual matters
* Coordinating legal processes with external partners
* Creating and maintaining legal templates, and supporting wider team use
* Providing general legal support across associated businesses
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in the property sector
* Strong knowledge of property law (dual qualification in English & Scottish law desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong IT literacy (MS Office & legal systems)
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently as well as part of a team
