Complaint Handler
Location: Belper, Derbyshire (On-site)
Hours: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am - 5:30pm
Brook Street is working with a leading contact centre in Derbyshire to recruit experienced Complaint Handlers to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and positive outcomes
* Carry out thorough investigations using root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to gather all relevant information
* Manage complaints across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media
* Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining accountability for each case
* Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in complaint handling or resolution
* GCSE grade 4/C xsngvjr (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
