The Role
The role sits within a high-performing Real Estate Finance department that works with a wide variety of lender clients including bridging finance providers, challenger banks, and mainstream financial institutions.
You’ll advise on a broad spectrum of secured lending transactions, working alongside partners who are consistently recommended for their expertise and client service. With deal volumes increasing and new lender relationships secured, this is a fantastic time to join a growing and fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of secured lending matters, from instruction to completion
* Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
* Advising clients on regulatory, commercial, and property-related aspects of lending
* Liaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders
* Supporting partners on complex or high-value transactions
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge of loan and security structures
* Excellent communication skills and commercial judgment
* A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
