The agency is expanding its digital and performance marketing services and is seeking a Digital & PPC Account Manager to support the continued growth of the agency. This role reports to the Director and works closely with a team of optimisation specialists, as well as strategy and creative teams across the agency.
The successful candidate will plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Responsibilities include developing channel strategies based on campaign objectives, audience insights, and budgets, and ensuring that messaging and creative align with different stages of the marketing funnel.
The role also involves implementing and managing campaign tracking and analytics through tools such as GA4, GTM, and other reporting platforms to ensure accurate performance measurement and attribution. The position requires analysing campaign data, identifying opportunities for optimisation, testing new formats and audience segments, and presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Applicants should have experience in paid media or paid social roles, ideally across agency and/or in-house environments. Experience managing campaigns for B2B and e-commerce clients is beneficial. Familiarity with analytics tools, performance reporting, and digital marketing strategy is expected. Experience with SEO or Google Search Console may be advantageous but is not required.
