Are you an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a housing or maintenance background? Why not consider joining our established Health and Safety Team to support the work we do with our Property Services colleagues.

Your work will include assisting refreshing risk assessments, providing competent advice, reviewing induction and specific onboarding and carrying out a programme of noise and vibration monitoring to protect colleagues from potential health risks. You’ll work to a prioritised action plan, ensuring momentum is maintained, and key projects progressed through to completion.

About you

You should have demonstrable experience of applying health and safety practices within a medium to large sized organisation and hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate qualification or equivalent. A background in housing is desirable but not essential.

Within the role you will be required to visit our portfolio of locations to meet with colleagues and carry out monitoring, so travel is required. You will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

The role is hybrid, therefore you can choose to work primarily from home, with office hubs being available in various locations with bookable desks for your use.
