Key Account Manager
The Role:Looking for a new commercial sales role where you can great bonus paid quarterly, have autonomy over your diary, and are driving operational excellent and profitability within some prestigious national accounts? This could be the one for you.
We are working with a leading European manufacturer of automated car wash solutions & equipment which you would typically see in petrol station forecourts and garages across the UK. The brand new Kery Account Manager position would see you driving operational performance and profitability of a couple of national accounts as they have revenue-share style agreements on their premises which you would manage.
You would be responsible for maintaining the relationship, supporting the installation & maintenance teams in keeping the estate well run, being on top of replacement equipment plans, supporting the client with pricing, commercials, and wash quality across the UK to maximise their usage and thus your profitability. You will be covering sites across the UK, working with local & regional decision makers, and organising your diary in an autonomous way.
This is a very exciting position in so much as the market is massively swaying away from the hand car wash model which has grown in the UK over the past 10 years and moving very rapidly back to high-quality, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective automated car cleaning solutions. There is a lot of investment into new forecourts, EV charging hubs, and jet-wash parks across the UK in order to clean & maintain the 35 million cars on our roads - this Business Development Manager role has been born out of growth and is a brand new position to add to the existing UK sales team. There is a superb opportunity for career progression here in the coming years as this new chemical team grows, starting with you!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
6. Have a commercial management, or key account management, background
7. Can work collaboratively with others in the sales & operations team
8. An organised, structured, and motivated sales professional
9. Happy with UK travel where required
10. Ideally come from a revenue-share agreement role
11. Commercially astute, knows contract negotiation, and P&L
12. Clean driving licence
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + up to £20k bonus (paid quarterly) + Hybrid or Electric vehicle + pension + up to 22 days holiday + Phone + Laptop + iPad
