This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the leading state boarding schools in England,where competitive sport is promoted as a key component in buildingself-esteem, school ethos and academic excellence.
The School is seeking to appoint an innovative andambitious leader to support our extensive and vibrant sports programme. This is a significant appointment for the School. In recent years the sports programme has grown considerably, in addition, we have completed the development ofour Sports Hub, including new sports hall, a fitness suite and second all-weather pitch.
The person appointed will be responsible for the leadership of 2 major sports. This is a non-teaching position.Previous experience in a boarding school is desirable, but not essential. Some Pastoral roles may also be available, these will be discussed at interview.
