Are you a Superintendent from a Fire Protection or Construction background looking for your next immediately available, nights based, 1099 contract role with a leading retail construction company?
My client is looking for a Superintendent to oversee a phased sprinkler head replacement project across active Walmart stores in Temple, Pennsylvania. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with Walmart standards, NFPA codes, and local fire safety regulations.
The project requires someone to take full ownership of on-site activities - planning, scheduling, safety enforcement, and final inspection, to ensure the job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
In this role, you'll be working throughout the evening, where you will be coordinating with Walmart representatives and fire inspectors whilst working night shifts to minimize disruption to store operations.
This role would suit a Superintendent who is looking for an immediately available, nights based 1099 contract role with a respected retail construction contractor.

3. Managing scheduling, safety, and inspections
4. Night shifts - Sunday - Friday (22:00pm - 06:00am)

7. Must have /Willing to take General Liability, Professional Liability & Workers Compensation Insurances - minimum value of $1million each.
