Operations Supervisor - 9 Month Maternity Contract - Harrogate


Our client is a well-respected UK engineering manufacturer, currently recruiting an Operations Supervisor to support a 9 Month Maternity Contract. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and supervising Order Processing teams at our clients Head Office in Harrogate.


This position will suit an organised, driven and innovative individual who has a strong passion for leading and supporting others, promoting a positive customer experience, and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Operations Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities

To lead and develop order processing teams to ensure team SLAs are met and maintained. Be responsible for Department Recruitment, Training and Coaching.

Create a climate of accountability and empowerment with team members to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience.
